Time is money.

SO WE PUT IT ON TALLY.

A Tally receipt is good for one hour of GPU compute. Buy at today's price. Redeem when you need the machine, or sell to someone who does.

One receipt. One hour.

1 NCU is one hour on a reference A100 80GB, measured by a fixed benchmark, not a spec sheet.

Same receipt, same price. The card decides how long it lasts.

How it works

  1. 01

    A provider mints.

A GPU provider locks 130% of the receipts' value in USDG, then sells them.

  2. 02

    You buy.

Pay in USDG. The receipt is a token in your wallet.

  3. 03

    Hold, send or sell.

Free to hold. Free to send. Trade it like any token.

  4. 04

    Redeem or settle.

Burn it for an hour of compute, started within 30 minutes. Or keep it to quarter end and take USDG at the reference price.

03

Backed, not promised.

  • 130% AT MINT

Every receipt is backed by 130% of its value in USDG.

  • TOP UP BELOW 115%

Fall below 115% and the provider tops up, or gets liquidated.

  • 30 MIN OR +15%

Miss the 30-minute start and the holder is paid the receipt's value plus 15%, from collateral, automatically.

Receipt at $1.40 → $1.82 in collateral. Top-up line: $1.58.

Quarterly series.

Every receipt belongs to a series, like 2026-Q4. Never redeemed it? At quarter end it settles in USDG from the providers' collateral, at the series reference price: the average price its receipts were sold at.

For providers.

Idle GPUs earn nothing. Sell next month's hours this month.

8 idle A100s × 24 h × 30 days = 5,760 NCU. At $1.40: $8,064 of receipts. Collateral: $10,483 USDG.

FAQ

  • 01What is an NCU?

One hour on the reference A100 80GB. Other cards count by benchmark: an H100 burns 2.3 NCU an hour, an RTX 4090 burns 0.9.

  • 02Who are the providers?

GPU operators approved by Tally after a benchmark run. Each one backs its receipts with its own USDG collateral.

  • 03What if my job doesn't start?

If the provider doesn't confirm the start within 30 minutes, anyone can trigger the payout: the receipt's value plus 15%, from the provider's collateral.

  • 04What if the provider says it started, but it didn't, or stopped my job early?

Open a dispute while the job is due to run, or up to 2 hours after. In v1, disputes are resolved by the Tally team multisig.

  • 05What if I never redeem?

At quarter end your receipts settle in USDG at the series reference price. No fee.

  • 06What if GPU prices fall?

The receipt's market price can fall too. Your hour stays an hour, and the collateral stays in USDG.

  • 07Where does it run?

Robinhood Chain. Collateral and payments are in USDG.
